Self-hosted or fully managed — your call

Ship AI code review without shipping your code to someone else

Pullsight reviews every pull request on GitHub and Azure DevOps. Run it on your own server with your own API keys — or with open-source models on your own hardware — so nothing proprietary ever leaves your network. No infrastructure to spare? The online platform has you reviewing in minutes.

The offline package downloads directly — no sign-in or GitHub account required.

Self-host

Your code, your keys, your machines

Everything Pullsight touches — diffs, review history, the retrieval index — lives inside infrastructure you already trust.

Bring your own key

Point Pullsight at OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Groq, Qwen, DeepSeek or Kimi using your own account. It bundles no AI service of its own, so you pay your provider directly at your own rate. Keys are read from the server environment and are never sent to the browser.

Your data never leaves your network

Pull requests, review comments and the RAG index are stored in your own database, inside your own containers. There is no vendor copy of your repository to audit, subpoena or breach.

Open-source models on your own hardware

Ollama is the default provider and needs no API key at all. Point Pullsight at a local model such as qwen2.5-coder:3b and the entire review runs on a server you own — offline if you want it to be.

No industrial secrets in someone else’s logs

With a local model, no proprietary source, prompt or architectural detail is ever sent to a third-party API — nothing to be retained, logged or used for training. That is often the difference between a legal sign-off and a hard no.

Cheaper as you grow

You pay for infrastructure, not per seat. Local models cost nothing per token, so adding repositories and reviewers does not add to the bill.

Every premium feature unlocked

Self-host release images ship with the full feature set: @pullsight mention commands, the team board with automatic reviewer assignment, and weekly review digests. No tiers, no seat counting.

Online platform

Or let us run it for you

Self-hosting is not free — it costs servers, time and someone to keep them healthy. If you would rather not spend that, the hosted platform gives you the same reviewer with none of the operations.

Nothing to run

No server to provision, no GPU to buy, no Docker to babysit, no upgrade window to schedule.

Reviewing in minutes

Sign in with GitHub and open a pull request. The repository connects itself on the first webhook — there is no setup weekend.

Maintained and updated for you

New models, provider changes and product updates land on the platform without you touching anything.

Start free, grow by tier

Free covers your first connected repository. Pro adds unlimited repositories and @pullsight commands. Team adds org seats, the team board and weekly digests.

Two good answers to the same problem

Both options run the same reviewer. The difference is who holds the data and who holds the pager.

Self-host

Where your code and reviews live
Your servers, your database, your network.
Model options
Any of the nine providers with your own key, or fully local models via Ollama.
Who operates it
Your team, on Docker Engine 24+ and Compose v2.
Time to first review
An afternoon: unpack the package, load the images, bring the stack up.
Cost shape
Your infrastructure bill, plus provider usage. Local models cost nothing per token.
Premium features
All unlocked in the release images.

Choose this if your source code is the business — regulated industries, proprietary algorithms, or client work under NDA where legal will ask exactly where the diff went.

No lock-in

Start hosted today, move in-house when you are ready

The two options are not a one-way door. Plenty of teams subscribe first and self-host later, once the value is obvious and the budget exists.

1

Subscribe today

Sign in, connect a repository and get reviews on your next pull request. No procurement, no hardware.

2

Prove it on real work

Let it review the pull requests your team actually ships, and tune the instruction sets to your standards.

3

Bring it in-house

Pull the public images, stand the stack up on your own server, and point it at your own keys or a local model.

And if self-hosting is never the right fit — no ops team, no spare hardware, no appetite for either — the online platform is a perfectly good permanent home. Same reviewer, same review quality, none of the maintenance.

How it works

Three steps to a reviewed pull request

1

Connect a repository

OAuth for GitHub; a service hook and personal access token for Azure DevOps.

2

Open a pull request

Pullsight analyses the diff for security, quality, style and performance issues, then posts inline comments where they belong.

3

Teach it your standards

Custom instruction sets encode your team’s conventions, and you pick the LLM provider from settings.

Keep your secrets. Keep the reviews.

Download the self-host package and run Pullsight entirely on your own terms, or start on the online platform and switch whenever it suits you.
